In the summer months of 2016, I worked with Juran, an international management consultancy, to produce a web-based application to automate the initial stages of their Organization Health Check programme. I used HTML pages to create a questionnaire and a PHP script to process, graph and email a summary to potential clients. I was exceptionally proud to produce the following app and Juran were equally pleased with the final result:
